Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-learning development

Technical Skills

• Video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere)
• Data analysis tools for learning outcomes assessment

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
