Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Garden Worker to join our talented team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our gardens and outdoor areas, ensuring their beauty and health through a variety of gardening tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Garden Supervisor in daily operations and maintain schedules for garden maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss garden improvements and project planning.
• Monitor garden aesthetics and suggest improvements to enhance visual appeal.
• Engage with clients to understand their gardening needs and provide suggestions.
• Help organise community garden days and other events.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in Horticulture or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in gardening or land maintenance

Technical Skills

• Plant Identification
• Landscape Design

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of pest control methods.: Understanding of sustainable pest control practices is advantageous.
• Experience working in varied weather conditions.: Comfortable with working outdoors through all seasons.
