Job Description

As a Knowledge Architect, you will develop and implement knowledge management frameworks, ensuring efficient information retrieval processes across the organisation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our data management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of knowledge management systems.
  • Assess and enhance existing knowledge management practices within the organisation.
  • Work with IT and cross-functional teams to deploy knowledge management solutions.
  • Conduct training programs for staff to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate the performance of knowledge management tools and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports on knowledge management effectiveness and propose actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on knowledge management solutions.
  • Advocate for a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and recommend solutions.
  • Engage with industry professionals to align with best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Master's degree in Information Management is an asset
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in knowledge management environments
