• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance for junior designers.
• Document and share design standards, patterns, and guidelines.
• Prototype and develop mockups for new features and user interfaces.
• Integrate user feedback into design improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• Adobe Creative Suite Proficient in Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop for design tasks.
• Figma Experienced in using Figma for collaborative design projects.
• HTML/CSS Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for design implementation.
• User Testing Skilled in conducting user testing and applying insights to design.
• Creativity Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration Proficient in working collaboratively in team environments.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Motion Design: A background in animation and motion graphics to enhance user interfaces.
