Job Description
As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will manage threading processes, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our production line in the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
Calibrate machines for optimal performance.
Respond promptly to machine alerts and malfunctions.
Communicate effectively with the production supervisor regarding progress.
Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance needs.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
Follow all health and safety regulations during operations.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical diploma in manufacturing or textile processing preferred
Experience
