Weft Straightener

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Weft Straightener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the weft threads are straight during the weaving process, playing a vital role in the production of top-notch woven fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabric both pre and post straightening to ensure quality.
• Adjust settings on machinery to achieve optimum results.
• Monitor machine efficiency and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any issues to the Production Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Training or certification in manufacturing or textiles preferred

Experience

• Prior experience with textile machinery is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions

Soft Skills

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Teamwork

Advantageous

• Experience with textile machinery: Specific knowledge and hands-on experience with weaving machines.
• Training or certification in textiles: Formal training or certification in textile manufacturing processes is a plus.
