Load Out Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Load Out Supervisor to lead the logistics of our operations. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods and materials from our warehouse to various customer locations. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks and various vehicles.
• Ensure products are securely packed for transport.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to fulfil orders accurately.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics or Supply Chain

Experience

• Proven track record in managing a logistics team.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
