Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations in Nottingham. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, and driving improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Create forecasts for demand and supply to ensure sufficient inventory levels.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to optimise delivery times.
• Evaluate and select transportation partners for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures related to supply chain operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• MBA with a focus on supply chain is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
