Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flower Machine Operator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will operate and maintain advanced flower production machinery. Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of flower machinery from start to finish.
• Ensure quality checks are performed during each production run.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Use hand tools for adjustments and repairs as necessary.
• Contribute to improving production workflows along with team members.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety regulations.
• Compile daily production reports and communicate results to supervisors.
• Assist with training new team members on machinery operations.
• Support continuous improvements in production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the flower production industry.
