Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician responsible for finishing machined components. This role is essential in maintaining quality control and ensuring all products meet our rigorous specifications. Responsibilities

• Operate various deburring tools and machinery to finish metal components.
• Ensure all parts meet dimensional specifications through regular inspections.
• Identify and address discrepancies in product quality, documenting findings.
• Communicate effectively with team members to streamline production processes.
• Utilize measurement tools to guarantee precision in workmanship.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the production area.
• Maintain records of work performed and any encountered problems.
• Engage in training opportunities to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in machining preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a related manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• CNC machining knowledge
• Lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
