Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician responsible for finishing machined components. This role is essential in maintaining quality control and ensuring all products meet our rigorous specifications. You'll collaborate with teams to streamline operations and uphold our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various deburring tools and machinery to finish metal components.
  • Ensure all parts meet dimensional specifications through regular inspections.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in product quality, documenting findings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to streamline production processes.
  • Utilize measurement tools to guarantee precision in workmanship.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the production area.
  • Maintain records of work performed and any encountered problems.
  • Engage in training opportunities to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical qualifications in machining preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related manufacturing role
