Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be instrumental in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting sewing machines, ensuring optimum performance and quality in production. Your role will directly impact our efficiency and output.

Responsibilities

• Adjust, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure proper operation.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on sewing machines.
• Diagnose and resolve sewing machine malfunctions and technical issues.
• Collaborate with production staff to understand sewing machine requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of machine adjustments, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide training to new operators on best practices for machine operation.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering or manufacturing
• Experience with specific sewing machine models commonly used in the industry

Experience

• Experience in training and supervising machine operators is an advantage.
