Job Description

The Deburr Technician is responsible for post-manufacturing finishing processes, ensuring all metal and plastic components meet stringent quality standards. This role demands strong attention to detail and proficiency in various finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality.
  • Provide feedback on materials and tooling to optimize production.
  • Maintain tools and equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Support production schedules to meet delivery targets.
  • Contribute to team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training in manufacturing processes is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in deburring and finishing processes.
Technical Skills
  • CNC machining experience
