As a Food Batchmaker (Candy Dipper), you will play a vital role in the production of our delicious confectionery products. Responsibilities

• Setup and operate machinery for candy production processes.
• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Verify the quality of raw materials before use.
• Monitor production flow and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure that all products meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and adhere to all hygiene protocols.
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished products.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in food safety or hygiene is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a food production environment is advantageous.
