We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Wildlife Manager to lead our conservation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of wildlife management practices and a proven track record in developing successful conservation strategies to protect wildlife populations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective wildlife management plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community stakeholders.
  • Utilise GIS and remote sensing tools to monitor wildlife trends.
  • Collaborate with environmental scientists to enhance conservation methods.
  • Engage in lobbying efforts to promote favourable wildlife policies.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in conservation funding.
  • Advocate for biodiversity preservation across various platforms.
  • Foster an inclusive culture in stakeholder engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for research collaborations in conservation projects.
  • Drive awareness campaigns to elevate conservation priorities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management, Ecology, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Wildlife Biology In-depth understanding of wildlife biology and ecology.
  • GIS Software Proficient in GIS software for mapping and analysis.
  • Project Management Extensive experience in managing conservation projects.
  • Leadership Strong leader with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Skilled in analytical thinking and problem resolution.
  • Professional Certification in Wildlife Management
  • Certified Wildlife Biologist
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience in public outreach programmes: Background in raising awareness about conservation issues.
