Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Bristol. You will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences through intuitive design and in-depth research. A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and have experience working in agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage in A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and inform design strategies.
• Review and critique design work from peers to enhance quality and innovation.
• Assist in creating user documentation and training materials as needed.
• Foster a user-first mindset across the company to ensure products meet user needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX/UI Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
