Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining production efficiency while ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and collaborate with various departments to optimise processes and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production teams in achieving performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyse production data and generate reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support new product launches.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for production equipment.
  • Participate in budget planning and cost reduction strategies.
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among staff.
  • Host regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback from the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in production management or a related field
