UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to help us enhance our digital presence. In this role, you will conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes and prototypes that clearly convey design intent. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze user data to inform design processes.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to enhance design concepts.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects and tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Master's degree in UX/UI design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• User Testing
• Interaction Design
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• UX Certification from a recognised body

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Hands-on experience designing user experiences for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices: Understanding of accessibility standards and their implementation in design.
