Job Description

HealthCare Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable Pharmacy Technician to support our team in Glasgow. Your role will include dispensing medications, patient consultations, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Conduct medication reviews and assist in the management of pharmacy stock.
  • Assist in compounding and preparation of medications as necessary.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on prescription processes.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Monitor the quality and expiry dates of pharmaceutical products.
  • Participate in health promotion activities within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualified Pharmacy Technician
  • Relevant certification or diploma is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
