As a Tax Consultant based in Birmingham, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and delivering tailored tax solutions. You will guide clients on tax strategies, assist in tax return preparation, and stay updated with evolving tax laws to ensure optimal compliance. Your expertise will help drive our clients' success.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on tax legislation and its implications for clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies.
• Prepare documentation for tax filings and compliance.
• Conduct research on tax-related topics and prepare reports for clients.
• Guide clients in optimising their tax positions and mitigating risks.
• Assist in resolving any disputes with tax authorities.
• Ensure clients are informed of any changes in tax laws that affect their liabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements.
• Support the training and development of junior staff in tax processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting.

Certifications
