Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Bobbin Winder Tender to join our dedicated team. The role involves the operation and maintenance of specialized bobbin winding machines to ensure the production of high-quality yarns. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating textile machinery and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bobbin winding machine for production runs.
• Ensure adequate supply of yarn cones and bobbins for uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with the production team regarding any potential issues.
• Document and report any machinery malfunctions or production inconsistencies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to quality control standards at all times.
• Maintain stock and inventory records for raw materials.
• Provide input on quality assurance practices.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certification in textiles manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in bobbin winding or related textile roles.

Languages
