Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will liaise with clients and senior management to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project activities, managing resources effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance at all stages of project development.
• Lead and motivate project teams, setting clear objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders and team members.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
