Job Description
As a Veterinary Technician at Animal Care Group, you'll play a vital role in the health care of animals. Your responsibilities will include performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and assisting in surgeries.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care to animals and support to their owners
Prepare animals for examinations and procedures
Perform laboratory tests and assist in imaging techniques
Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to plan animal care
Maintain equipment and manage inventory of supplies
Educate pet owners about preventive care and wellness
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments
Assist in training new staff and interns
Requirements
Education
Degree in Veterinary Nursing
Specialisation in anaesthesia or emergency care is a plus
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in a veterinary environment
