Responsibilities

• Perform marine life assessments and habitat evaluations.
• Utilise GIS software for mapping and analysing data.
• Support the team in developing outreach programs.
• Conduct laboratory experiments related to marine biology.
• Present findings at conferences and community meetings.
• Engage in continuous learning about marine research techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Environmental Science or relevant field
• Higher degree in Marine Biology is advantageous

Experience

• 3 years of experience in marine biology or related research

• Statistical Analysis

• Organisational Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with stakeholder engagement: Able to effectively communicate and work with community groups and stakeholders.
• Experience with underwater research methodologies: Hands-on experience in conducting underwater assessments.
