Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Drill Press Tender to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of drill press machines to ensure the production of high-quality metal and plastic components.

Responsibilities

• Adjust feed rates and speeds to yield consistent results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues with the machines.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed in the workplace.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
• Provide feedback on production processes to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or technical certification in machining is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.

• English: Fluent
