Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Brighton. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive interfaces across various platforms. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create designs that meet both user needs and business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Translate complex concepts into sleek designs that enhance user interaction.
  • Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes and prototypes based on user feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with business goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Utilise analytics to assess and improve user experience continuously.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate and generate ideas for projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
