Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our passionate team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
  • Review and approve technical drawings and designs.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control measures.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of engineering staff.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Utilise project management software for efficient tracking of tasks.
  • Manage change orders and project variations.
  • Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure
