Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Legal Assistant to support our legal team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing client communications, preparing legal documents, and maintaining case files, contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare trial materials and exhibits as directed by attorneys.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal briefs and motions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation relevant to ongoing cases.
  • Support the practice by handling daily administrative tasks effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant discipline
  • Paralegal Certificate is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in legal administration or as a paralegal
