Job Description

We are looking for a Biotech Product Manager to lead the development and marketing of our innovative biotech products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the biotech landscape, with proven experience in product strategy and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of new products in line with company strategy.
• Liaise with external partners and stakeholders for product collaborations.
• Create product documentation, including user manuals and specifications.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Analyze sales data to inform future product decisions.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for effective product positioning and promotional strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Supervise junior product managers and provide mentorship.
• Assist in developing training materials for new product launches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management specific to the biotech industry
