Research Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Research Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, creating and testing new ideas and products, and evaluating existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Engage in experimental design for product development.
• Analyse and interpret data to enhance research quality.
• Work closely with design teams to implement findings.
• Document and report progress and outcomes to the team.
• Lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on research methods.
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
• Foster relationships with universities and research institutions.

Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in R&D

Technical Skills

• TensorFlow
• SQL

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
