Job Description

As a Production Control Manager, you will be at the helm of our manufacturing operations. You’ll lead a team, develop production schedules, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production improvement strategies.
• Monitor and analyse production data to forecast and plan future needs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the production area.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on lean manufacturing techniques.
• Prepare and manage budgets for production activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production management
