Job Description

As an Insurance Claims Processor, you will be responsible for handling and processing claims efficiently and accurately. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Examine documentation and evidence to support claims.
  • Work with clients to resolve any issues regarding claims.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the claims department.
  • Assist with training new staff in claims processing.
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Insurance qualifications such as ACII preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in insurance

Certifications
  • Insurance qualifications like Cert CII preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
