Job Description

As a Chemical Equipment Operator at Chemical Manufacturing Ltd., you will be instrumental in the production of acids using state-of-the-art machinery. Your expertise in chemical processes will ensure that production runs smoothly and meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and troubleshoot acid production equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocol and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety practices.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to a safety-focused culture.
  • Keep accurate records of production, safety checks, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with quality control staff to ensure product meets specifications.
  • Aid in the development of production schedules and resource allocation.
  • Implement best practices for chemical handling and storage.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Relevant safety certifications are a plus.
Experience
  • At least 2 years in the chemical production industry.
