Job Description

As an Automotive Technology Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the exciting field of automotive technology. Your role will include facilitating hands-on training, delivering engaging lessons, and mentoring students towards successful careers in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct informative lessons covering automotive technologies and systems.
  • Facilitate practical demonstrations and interactive training sessions.
  • Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a culture of safety and responsibility in the automotive workshop.
  • Actively engage with industry partners to align the curriculum with real-world applications.
  • Support students in understanding complex automotive systems and issues.
  • Lead extracurricular activities related to automotive technology.
  • Monitor and report on student attendance and engagement.
  • Encourage students to stay updated on automotive developments and innovations.

Advantageous

  • Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle technology: Knowledge and hands-on experience with the latest hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
  • Previous teaching or training experience: Background in educational roles or program development is preferred.
