Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer to join our team in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to new cabin crew, focusing on safety, customer service, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cabin crew orientation sessions covering essential procedures and safety protocols.
  • Implement assessment tools to gauge trainee knowledge and readiness for operational roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and continuous training sessions for staff development.
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence within the training environment.
  • Review and update training resources regularly to keep content relevant.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in education or aviation-related field
  • Further qualifications in adult education or training are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a cabin crew member with training responsibilities
