Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Online Education Consultant to join our growing team in Coventry. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that enhance our online learning offerings. You will work closely with educators and stakeholders to design curriculum and training programs that empower learners and improve educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to integrate technology into the curriculum effectively.
• Support educators in creating engaging online learning environments.
• Assess student performance and adapt programs as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
• Participate in conferences and professional development opportunities.
• Advocate for the use of innovative teaching methods and assessment strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in online education.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance online course visibility.
• Evaluate and implement new educational technologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online education consulting

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data Analysis Tools

• Project Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD)

Languages

• English: Fluent
