Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our Brighton team. In this role, you will work closely with students who require extra support, adapting lessons and creating engaging learning environments tailored to each child's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and assess effective teaching strategies for diverse learners.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support students.
  • Prepare teaching materials that cater to various learning styles.
  • Organise and lead extracurricular activities for students.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Engage in community outreach and educational workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a special education role
