Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Education Consultant to join our vibrant team in York. The successful candidate will work closely with schools and educational organisations to implement effective strategies, improve teaching and learning practices, and enhance overall student outcomes. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, conducting workshops, and delivering training sessions to educators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that promote inclusive education practices.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local and national educational organisations.
  • Assist in the evaluation of educational programmes and interventions.
  • Provide guidance on curriculum design and implementation.
  • Collaborate in the creation of educational materials and resources.
  • Conduct research to inform evidence-based practice in education.
  • Engage with educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate community outreach programmes to enhance parental engagement.
  • Advocate for students' needs and educational equity in all initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Advanced degree in Education or Consultancy is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in consultancy or related roles
