Test Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Test Technician to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough tests on products, including generating reports and collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilise testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Evaluate product performance against set standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities.
• Implement corrective actions based on test findings.
• Provide input for product design improvements.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements in testing.
• Mentor junior technicians when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in a technical field
• Certification in quality assurance would be advantageous

Experience

• Experience in testing and quality control preferred
