Machined Parts Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machined Parts Quality Inspector to join our dynamic quality control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, as well as collaborating closely with engineers and production staff to address any quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts to verify adherence to customer specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with production and engineering teams.
• Implement corrective actions for any quality issues identified.
• Analyze trends in quality data to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for recurring defects.
• Utilize quality control software to log inspection results.
• Maintain familiarity with ISO9001 standards and implement them as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Engineering or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• CMM Equipment Proficiency
• ISO Standards Knowledge

Certifications

• Certification in Quality Control

Languages

• English: Fluent
