Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Carlisle. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality radiological services, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer contrast agents as necessary and monitor patients' reactions.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and radiology students.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
• Contribute to research initiatives within the radiology department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Document imaging results and maintain accurate patient files.
• Engage in community outreach activities regarding radiological services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Master's degree in Radiology or related discipline is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in radiology

Technical Skills

• CT Scanning
• MRI Techniques

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Radiology Technologist (CRT)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a leadership role: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of radiologists.
