• Formulate and recommend pricing strategies to minimize risk exposure.
• Communicate with clients and agents to clarify underwriting decisions.
• Facilitate the renewal process for existing policyholders.
• Train junior underwriters on best practices and procedures.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant insurance certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting or risk management
