As a Fraud and Waste Investigator, you will be at the forefront of identifying and investigating fraud, waste, and abuse within our organisation. This role necessitates meticulous analytical skills and a proactive approach to mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute prevention strategies to minimise fraud risks.
• Investigate suspicious patterns and anomalies in financial transactions.
• Coordinate investigations involving multiple stakeholders, including external authorities.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all investigations comply with legal frameworks and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential
• Master's degree would be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fraud investigation or compliance roles.

Technical Skills

• Digital forensics
• Regulatory knowledge

Certifications

• ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business
