We are seeking an enthusiastic Loan Officer to join our Sheffield team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through their loan options and providing professional advice tailored to their financial needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering client relationships and helping individuals secure the financing they require.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse client applications for loans.
• Meet with clients to gather information about their financial needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and client interactions.
• Work with legal teams to ensure compliance in lending practices.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Offer tailored financing solutions to meet client goals.
• Monitor loan portfolios and assist with conflict resolution.
• Perform market research to understand client needs better.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies for loan products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Higher qualifications in finance will be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in loans or mortgages
