Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Learning Consultant to join our dynamic team. The candidate will lead the design and implementation of engaging training programs, as well as assess the development needs of our workforce to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of comprehensive training curriculums.
Utilise various instructional technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Drive employee engagement through participatory learning techniques.
Conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact and return on investment.
Create and manage scheduling and logistics for training events.
Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as necessary.
Provide coaching and mentorship to internal trainers.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Business
Master's or relevant certification preferred
Experience
5+ years in a corporate learning role
