Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Training Consultant, where you will design and implement engaging training programmes that enhance employee performance and support HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR management, alongside exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design interactive training content that promotes learning and retention.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and adapt programs as necessary.
  • Engage with external training providers to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Foster a positive training environment that encourages participant interaction.
  • Compile reports on training efficacy and employee feedback.
  • Participate in HR strategy meetings to provide insights on training developments.
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify specific training needs.
  • Utilise various training technologies to enhance delivery and engagement.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through specialized training.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Psychology or Business Management
  • Master’s degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and development roles.
