Job Description

The Business Office Technology Instructor will be responsible for teaching various aspects of office technology and its applications to students. This position involves developing curriculum, delivering lectures, and organizing practical sessions while ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans and course materials for business office technology.
  • Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Implement strategies for improving student engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with students and staff.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously enhance teaching skills.
  • Contribute to the development of course and institutional policies.
  • Engage in community outreach and events related to the education sector.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to improve the curriculum.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or Business Administration is preferred
  • Relevant teaching qualification
