Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Lead to oversee our development team in Southampton. You'll lead projects, mentor junior developers, and play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of complex systems and applications.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Ensure code quality and project consistency through effective review processes.
• Report project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of CI/CD practices within the team.
• Evaluate new technologies for project suitability.
• Help resolve technical issues that arise during development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects

Technical Skills

• JavaScript

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
