Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Composition Molder to join our production team. As a vital member, you will be responsible for creating durable and innovative composite products, ensuring quality and precision throughout the molding process. Experience in working with diverse materials is essential, along with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust molds according to engineering specifications.
• Operate advanced molding machines while ensuring quality control.
• Conduct inspections on raw materials and finished products.
• Participate in team discussions to enhance production methods.
• Maintain up-to-date training on safety protocols and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design processes.
• Support the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
• Document production activities and communicate with supervisors.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in mold-making is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with CAD software
• Knowledge of molding techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Safety Procedures in Manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent
