Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Food Quality Manager to ensure our products consistently meet safety and quality standards. You will oversee quality assurance processes, lead audits, and implement quality control measures.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of quality assurance protocols.
Conduct internal and external audits of food safety practices.
Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation.
Provide training and support for quality management initiatives.
Review and improve existing quality control processes.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the facility.
Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient quality control.
Implement complaint resolution procedures related to product quality.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Science or similar
Relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food industry
