Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Research Scientist to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will contribute to groundbreaking research in various scientific fields, utilising their expertise to drive innovation and results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects from conception to execution, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Utilise modern scientific techniques and tools for data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovative projects.
  • Support the development of research proposals and budget plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight to research assistants and interns.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments and outcomes in lab notebooks.
  • Engage with the scientific community through conferences and seminars.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred
  • Additional certifications in research methodologies are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a scientific research role
